The French Works

Karin Leitner is an international flautist and composer who tours the world. She performs inspiring concerts with outstanding musicians and touches people both live at her performances and with her music on YouTube, her CDs, and with the Sound Egg

Rosanna Moore
Often described as a quirky and engaging performer, who is fully at home on stage both as a harpist, and as a storyteller and actor, Rosanna Moore, has made it her aim to combine theatre and music wherever possible. She has had success in multiple international competitions such as being first harpist to be a finalist at the Gold Medal Competition at RNCM (the highest accolade offered for solo performance), won the Stan Baker award for jazz improvisation, was a semifinalist in the Dutch Harp Competition and placed third at both the Welsh International Jazz and Pop Harp Competition, Tierra47’s International Pedal Harp Competition and the Marcel Tournier Competition.

The DMA Memory Book

In 2021, the DMA published a Memory Book, listing all concerts and music played since the first concert in 1987. The book has wonderful sketches from concerts at Tullynally drawn by the late Jeremy Williams. There are also several delightful short 'memories' from performers and audience members. Books are €10 each plus P&P at €3 per book and you can purchase them by contacting
derravaraghmusicassociation@gmail.com.
If you have booked to attend a forthcoming concert, you can reserve books to collect saving you the cost of postage.  We are now operating our events as 'cashless' so we ask you email your order to derravaraghmusicassociation@gmail.com in advance and pay into the DMA account directly and you can collect your books at the concert.
